Per industry practice, we can not accept returns on merchandise sold by the yard or foot (Cut yardage), Foam or special orders. SPECIAL SHIPPING
Inside the Continental United States, we ship either via the Post Office or UPS Ground. Light packages, we normally ship USPS. This is usually two day delivery time to most of the US. Heavier packages and orders over $200 are normally sent UPS Ground. With UPS delivery time can vary between one to six days within the Continental US.UPS One, Two and Three Day service is available at an extra charge. Please Contact Customer Service for a shipping charge quote.
For Alaska or Hawaii, Priority Mail is usually a better value than UPS. Please call for a shipping quote.

TAXES
Seven percent (7%) sales tax will be collected from Florida Residents, unless you have a Tax Exemption Certificate on file with us. No other taxes apply.
