Step 1. To find Merchandise, look in the categories on the left-hand frame, use the Search Box, also on the left-hand frame or visit our Site Map to see the other ways to locate our products. When you find an item you want, put the quantity in the item's box and click on "Add to Shopping Basket". At any time you can view what is in your shopping basket by clicking on "View Cart" on the left-hand frame. When you are on the "View Cart" screen, you can remove any items from your shopping basket. Just follow the instructions on the screen. (Note: the left -hand frame will stay with you as long as you are shopping. It will disappear only when you enter the secure area where you give your credit card number.)
Step 2. When you are ready to checkout, click on Place Order, on the left-hand frame. This will take you to the checkout page. Select a shipping method. If you live in the State of Florida, please select 7% Sales Tax. If you live outside of the State of Florida, please select, non-applicable. Fill in your address and ship to address, if applicable. If you are using a coupon, put the code from the coupon in "Customer Comments".
Step 3(A). At this point, if you prefer to call in your order by phone or send it by U.S. Mail or Fax, click on "Fax/Mail order form". Fill in the credit card information, which does not leave your computer, and print the form from your browser.
Step 3(B). If you want to order on-line, Click on "Proceed to Checkout", this takes you to the secure area. At this point, you will see your order and enter your Credit Card Information into the secure connection. Click on "Place Secure Order". (If you have concerns about the security of your credit card number, visit Security.)You will see your order again and may print it, using your browser.
Step 4. You now may exit the site.You should get an e mail confirmation of your order, signed by a human being (not a robot at the web server), with-in 24 hours. Note if you click back on your browser, you will get a series of alert boxes about your shopping cart and the secure server. Ignore all of these, your order has already been placed.
